Beginning February 1, 2024, the State Center Community College District decided to implement an additional layer of security to protect our students from a substantial and concerning increase in spammers, hackers, and identity thieves trying to compromise our student accounts. Since 2/01/2024, every time a student clicks the “Sign-in” or “Log-in” link or button to access a student account, the Microsoft Sign-in page appears.
The Microsoft Sign-in page will prompt the user to enter an Email address, Phone number, or Skype handle to proceed. Students need to enter their student ID numbers followed by our student email domain -- @my.scccd.edu (example: 0123456@my.scccd.edu). After the email / username is entered, click the “Next” button to proceed to the State Center Community College District Sign-in page.
