Step 1. Log into the WebAdvisor website and access the Student’s Menu.
Step 2. You will see several announcements and notices in bold print at the top of the page. Scroll down past those until you see two columns of blue links to choose from.
Step 3. Approximately halfway down the column of links on the right side of the page, you should see a group of links under a heading that says “Academic Profile”. In that group you will find the "Order Official Transcripts” link. Click on that link.
Step 4. The next screen you see should be an information page with links for all of our college campuses. Click the link next to one of the campuses. Your transcript will include the records for ALL of our campuses, so it really doesn’t matter which link you choose.
Step 5. The next screen you see should be a page with a lot of information regarding ordering your official transcript. AFTER you read the information on the page and you are ready to order your transcript, click the orange “Order my Transcript“ button.
Step 6. The next screen you see will be the first page of your online request. You will be on the Parchment website, which is the company who processes official transcript requests for all of our campuses. You will first be asked to enter your email address (it does not have to be your student email address). If you have a Parchment account already, you will be asked to enter your password. If this is your first time using Parchment, you will be asked to create a Parchment account. (Your Parchment account is not connected to your college student accounts.) The rest of the process is entering your information, information about your request, who is going to receive your transcript, and the payment if necessary.
When you complete your request, you will be given a confirmation number. Keep this number to refer to in case you have a question or an issue with your request. If you need assistance with the official transcript request form, please call the Parchment Help Line at 888-662-0874.
