How to Access Unofficial Transcripts on Self-Service (phone or tablet)

  1. Log into MyPortal and click the Self-Service link on the Favorites list. 

  2. From the Self-Service Welcome page, click the black button with 3 lines at the top left corner of the screen.  When the menu screen appears, click the “graduation cap” icon to access the Academics menu.

3. When the Academics menu appears, scroll down until you see the View/Print My Unofficial Transcript link and click on it.

4. The View/Print My Unofficial Transcript page has a notice in yellow that tells you the information on the unofficial transcript is not official, and under the notice is a link that says Undergraduate Transcript.  Click on that link to download and save a pdf copy of your unofficial transcript.  After you download it, you can open it up and view it, email it, or even print it from your phone or tablet if you are connected to a printer.
