You may have recently lost access to Adobe Creative Cloud apps even though you still have a license assigned. Adobe recently released an update that changes how account proļ¬les work. If you are unable to access your Adobe Creative Cloud apps, please sign out of Adobe from the web portal – Adobe Creative Cloud -- AND the Creative Cloud desktop app.
After you are logged out of both the Adobe web portal AND the Creative Cloud desktop app, sign back in following the directions below:

When you log out of Adobe, you should see the following Adobe Sign in page. Sign back in by entering your student email address and student password, then click the “Continue” button.

2. After you sign in, you will see the following prompt. When you do, click the “Join Team” button.

3. When the next screen appears, click the “Continue” button on the prompt below.

4. When the next page appears, click the “FCCC – Foundation for California Community Colleges” option as seen below.

5. If successful, you will see your apps again as seen below. If you do not, please sign out and sign back in following the same steps (starting with signing out of the Adobe web portal AND the Creative Cloud desktop app.
