Step 1 – From the SCCCD Login page, click the Change password link. The next screen you see should look like this:
Step 2 – (known old password). Your Username is your 7-digit student ID number (just the number). If you know your old password, enter it in the Old password box. Then enter a new password in the New password box, and enter it again in the Confirm new password box. Then click the Submit button. If your new password is accepted, you will see a message on the screen that says, “Your password was successfully updated.” You are now free to log into WebAdvisor and the rest of your student accounts with your brand new password.
Step 2 – (unknown old password). Your Username is your 7-digit student ID number (just the number). If you don’t know your old password, or the password you have isn’t accepted, skip down to the bottom of this page and click the Password Reset link to receive a password reset code that will allow you to reset your password.
Step 3 – Password Help and Reset. The next screen you see should say Password Help and Reset. This page includes step-by-step instructions to reset your password using a password reset code.
After carefully reading and following the instructions, if your new password is accepted, you will see a message that says “Your password is reset”. You are now free to log into WebAdvisor and the rest of your student accounts with your brand new password.
