Step 1. Go to WebAdvisor through MyPortal or directly at Web Advisor, log in, and access the Students menu.
Step 2. Scroll down the page until you see two columns of blue links to choose from. Look on the right side of the screen and find the heading that says Academic Profile. Click on the “Grades” link. It should be the last link in that group.
Note: Because of the ongoing transition from WebAdvisor to Self-Service, when the WebAdvisor “Grades” link is clicked, you will be automatically taken to the “Grades” page on the Academics Menu of Self-Service.
Step 3. On the Self-Service Grades page, you should see a list of the terms you have attended on all SCCCD campuses, with start and end dates for each term. To view your semester grades, click on the desired term and your grades for that term should appear.
