How do I access my 1098T form? (laptop or desktop computer)

1. Log into your MyPortal account and select Self-Service from the Favorite Apps list. 

2. From the “Welcome to Colleague Self-Service!” Home page, click the “Tax Information” link.  It should be the 2nd link from the top on the left side of the page: 

3. The Self-Service Tax Information page should appear.  When it does, there should be a list of 1098-T forms for every year you took classes in our district.  To view a specific 1098-T form, simply click on the corresponding link. 

Note:  If you received a BOG fee waiver or California Promise Grant that paid for your units, you may not have a 1098-T form available for that year.  If you have any questions, please contact the campus Business Office.
