Applying for Graduation

Body

  1. Log into MyPortal and access the Self-Service app. 

  2. On the right side of the Self-Service Welcome page, find the Apply for Degree/Certificate link and click on it. 

  3. At the top of the page, you should see the application deadlines for each term.  (Note: If you missed the deadline, you can still apply.  Submit your application as soon as possible to be considered for graduation.) 

  4. You should see the degree / certificate program you chose on your most recent application below, in the Graduation Application section of the page.  On the right side of the page, next to your major, is the link to apply for graduation.  Click that link.  (Note: If you do not see your current major listed, please contact the Counseling Department to update your major.) 

  5. The next page you see should be the Graduation Application.  Fill out the form and make sure all the information is correct before you submit it.  If you do make a mistake, contact the Records Office on your campus to make corrections as soon as possible.
