How to Submit an IT Ticket

This article will provide guidance on three ways to submit a ticket with Fresno City College's Technology Support Services. 

Submitting Tickets through the FCC IT Portal (Staff Only)

1. Head to the FCC IT Portal by

a. Using this URL: FCC IT Portal, searching for helpdesk.fresnocitycollege.edu in your browser, or choosing Support Services Center at your SCCCD Portal then choosing the Fresno City College Campus

2. At the FCC IT Portal, click on Services at the top navigation bar

a. Under services, choose a category from the catalog that best applies to your technical issue. 

b.After choosing a Category, choose a service that better emphasizes your technical issue. 

c. Click on Request Service (this may require your district login/authentication)

d. Please fill out the form accordingly

e. Then Click Submit

 

Email Ticket Creation

To submit a ticket using email, please email helpdesk@fresnocitycollege.edu

  • Please ensure to fill out the Subject of the Email with the topic of your technical request/question. 
  • Please refrain from CC'ing any other person(s). If you need to add additional contacts, please specify the individual(s) who you would like to add to the ticket within the subject of the email. 
  • Please provide details of your technical request or question within the subject of the email. 

Voicemail Ticket Creation

In the case where Fresno City College's Technology Support Services (559-443-8670) misses your call and you leave a voicemail, a ticket will be generated with the voicemail recording. Please ensure to leave your name, email, and phone number so Fresno City College's Technology Support Services can reach you.
